PER COURT :- The learned counsel for the applicant submits that inadvertently Civil Application No.3167 of 2019 is filed showing three applicants in the said application, however, Bhimrao Nagorao Wanne is the only applicant in the said application since the claim petition was filed only by the said Bhimrao Nagorao Wanne. The learned counsel submits that, in the circumstances, Registry is refusing for withdrawal of the amount by said Bhimrao Nagorao Wanne.

In view of the submission made, it is clarified that the amount deposited by the Insurance Company in First Appeal No.2537 of 2016, be permitted to be withdrawn by Bhimrao Nagorao Wanne alone.

Civil Application stands disposed of.
