The Petitioner seeks a simple direction to the Respondent to deal with the pending claim of the Petitioner for medical reimbursement in view of the expenditure incurred for the treatment of her father who passed away due to the Covid infection.

Considering the above, without going into the aspects as regards the entitlement of the Petitioner for a particular quantum of medical reimbursement, we direct Respondent No.2 to decide the pending proposal dated 21.11.2023, within a period of 60 days. 3.
