ORDER:- 1.

Heard rival submissions. The respective applicants are seeking condonation of delay of periods as mentioned in these applications, which appear to be caused due to their poor financial condition. The learned A.G.P. strongly opposed the applications on the ground that delay is not properly explained.

However, considering the statutory right of the applicants, the delay periods mentioned in the applications stand condoned subject to condition that the applicants shall not claim any interest for the said delay periods.
