The appellant is directed to remove all the office objections within 3 weeks.

The applicant is seeking direction to the Registry for accepting cheque for the amount of Rs. 1,05,44,177/-.

The learned counsel for the applicant -Acquiring Body submits that after the order dtd. 23.12.2021, the amount could not be deposited since so many permissions were to be obtained.

In view of the same, application stands allowed and the Registry is directed to accept the cheque No. 735709 for Rs. 1,05,44,177/-.

On such deposit, the interim stay granted, to continue till final disposal of the appeal and the Civil Application No. 13797/2021 for stay be disposed of accordingly.
