The learned counsel for the respondent has pointed out the order dated 3.7.2023 passed by this Court in Writ Petition No. 7291/2023 in which the impugned order dated 10.4.2023 is challenged and in the present writ petition the same order dated 10.4.2023 passed by the Mamlatdar is challenged. The petitioner has withdrawn the said Writ Petition No. 7291/2023 to pursue the revisional remedy as available under the Mamlatdar Courts Act. This Court has permitted the petitioner to withdraw the Writ Petition No. 7291/2023 so as to enable the petitioner to challenge the same before the revisional authority. 2.

I am informed that the revision petition is filed against the order dated 10.4.2023 and is pending for consideration. Considering this aspect of the matter, present writ petition challenging the order dated 10.4.2023 of the Mamlatdar cannot be entertained and is accordingly dismissed. The petitioner is left with the remedy of pursuing the revision petition filed by him.
