Learned Counsel for the petitioner, upon instructions, makes a motion for withdrawal of the present writ petition with liberty to challenge the order dated 10th June 2015 and the proceedings thereto in a revision under Section 397 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. 2.

As such, Writ Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to canvass the said issue before the revisional Court. The time consumed in prosecuting the present proceedings before this Court, be taken into consideration while dealing with the issue of condonation of delay.

Interim order, if any passed by this Court to continue for a period of four weeks from today.
