A) ORDER IN CIVIL APPLICATION NOS.2376 OF 2023 & 2378 OF 2023 :- 1.

Heard rival submissions.

The acquiring body has deposited only 75% amounts of the impugned awards.

The learned counsel for the respective applicants placed on record order dated 29/08/2022, whereby this court in other connected matters, has already permitted the applicants therein to withdraw 75% amounts 4.

In view of the same, the respective applicants herein are permitted to withdraw entire 75% of the deposited amounts of compensation alongwith the proportionate interest accrued thereon till date i.e. 50% on usual undertaking and 25% on furnishing

2 932 ca 2376-23+ solvent security/surety to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this court.

The civil applications are accordingly disposed of. B) ORDER IN CIVIL APPLICATION NOS.8709 OF 2021, 8713 OF 2021 AND 8711 OF 2021 :

Since the appellant - acquiring body in all these applications, has deposited the amounts as directed by this court, the applications are made absolute in terms of prayer clause-B and disposed of.
