Heard Mr. Joshi, learned counsel h/f Mr. R.S.Deshmukh, learned counsel appearing for the applicants.

Mr. Joshi, learned counsel by inviting our attention to the documents placed on record submitted that the application for same prayer was allowed by this Court by order dated 31.01.2018. Learned counsel submitted that though the petition was listed in the list of final hearing matters in the week commencing from 05.03.2018 but for the paucity of time, the appeal could not reach before the Court for hearing. Learned counsel then submitted that most of the applicants are in their

( 2 ) ca9903.18 advance age and some of the applicants expired during the pendency of the petition. Learned counsel submitted that the applicants are raising their claims for monitory benefits before this Court. As such they are desirous an early decision in the petition.

In view of the submissions of the learned counsel, the application is allowed.

List the writ petition for final hearing in the list of the final hearing matters in the week commencing from 01.10.2018.
