In view of the above and for the reasons set out, the civil application is allowed, subject to the following directions :-

12754.22ca (2) (a) All office objections shall be removed, on or before 30/09/2022. Thereafter, the contempt petition shall stand restored at the stage, at which it was dismissed. (b) If the above direction is not complied with, the earlier order dated 22/06/2022, shall be restored.
