The petitioner seeks to challenge the judgment of the Additional Divisional Commissioner, Aurangabad dated 18.4.2019, delivered in Revision proceedings under Section 257 of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code.

The petitioner has a statutory remedy available of filing a second revision before the State in view of the judgment delivered by the Honourable Apex Court in the matter of Gurudassing Nawoosing Panjwani vs. State of Maharashtra and others, 2016 (2) SCC 213. 3.

In view of the above, this Writ Petition is disposed of with liberty to avail of the statutory remedy.
