The learned Advocates for the respective sides jointly submit that the matter has been resolved between the parties by way of a compromise. The learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Beed by the order dated 05.01.2015 below Exhibit-1 in Miscellaneous Criminal Application Case No.522/2012 has considered the compromise Exhibit-35 along with the report of the Mediator at Exhibit-37 and since the mediation was successful and the matter has been resolved, the
