DATE : 14/07/2017 PER COURT :- 1] When this petition was placed before us, the learned advocate appearing for respondent no.2 University, on instructions makes a statement that on or before 10.30 a.m. tomorrow the 15th July 2017, the University as also 4th respondent College will declare the petitioner's result and provide him with a mark sheet. We do not think any other reliefs can be granted. If the petitioner clears the second year in the B.E. [E & TC] course only then a question of his further studies would arise. Presently that cause of action has not arisen. In such circumstances, granting liberty to the petitioner to present another petition in the event his further studies are interfered, we dispose of the Writ Petition.
