By order dated 17th July, 2023, Taluka Level Committee was directed to decide the grievance of the Petitioner as well as the similarly situated persons, by following due procedure laid down in law and by giving opportunity of hearing to all the stake holders. It was further directed that reasoned orders could be passed after the proceedings are concluded. Said exercise was directed to be completed within 60 days.

By filing Additional Affidavit, Respondent No. 2- Tahsildar, has contended that, on 10th October, 2025 the Committee has

{2} cp688-24.doc heard the Petitioner and other stake holders and has directed the concerned Gram Panchayat and the Block Development Officer, Panchayat Samiti, Parner, to take appropriate steps for strengthening of the shiv road.

In view of the above, the order is complied with. Therefore, the Contempt Petition is disposed of. The Block Development Officer and the concerned Gram Panchayat shall take appropriate steps for strengthening of the shiv road, as expeditiously as possible.
