Mr. Joshi, the learned counsel submits that, the intake capacity of the petitioner is reduced from 60 to 48 students. The learned counsel submits that, the petitioner has paid salary as per 6th Pay Commission to its employees and the size of the board room is also as per the norms.

We have also heard Mr. Adwant, the learned counsel for the AICTE.

It is for the AICTE to consider compliance on the part of the petitioner.

Considering the contention of the petitioner about removal of deficiencies, we direct the petitioner to appear before the AICTE on 01.08.2019 and put forth their stand before the AICTE. The AICTE shall consider stand of the petitioner and take decision by 02nd August, 2019.

In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
