Heard the learned counsels for the applicants and the learned A.P.P. for the respondent.

The applicants seek bail in C.R.No.0187 of 2024 registered with Virgaon Police Station, Taluka Vaijapur, District Aurangabad, for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 307, 143, 147, 148, 149 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

In the first information report, there were allegations of assault by all the applicants and the co-accused. The injured and the accused were relatives. There was a dispute over ownership/ rrd
949,54-BA-1321,1356-24.odt possession of the land. That is the cause of the incident. Many persons have been named in the first information report. However, there are general allegations of assault against the applicants. In the crime the weapons have been recovered. Except the deceased, nobody had suffered serious injuries. They are languishing in jail since 06.06.2024. The material investigation against the applicants has been completed. Therefore, no purpose would be served by keeping them behind bar. Hence, the order:-
ORDER
i) The bail applications are allowed.
ii) Applicant - Vilas Balu Sonawane in B.A.No.1321 of 2024 and applicants No. (1) Pravin Balasaheb Sonawane, (2) Rajesh Anil Sonawane and (3) Anil Dagadu Sonawane in B.A.No.1356 of 2024, be released on bail, on furnishing PB and SB of Rs.50,000/-, with one solvent surety of the like amount each, in the above crime for the aforesaid offences, on the conditions that, (a) they should stay away from the village Gadhe Pimpalgaon, Taluka Vaijapur, District Aurangabad, for two months from the date of their release.
(b) they should attend the Police Station as and when called on written notice by the Investigating Officer till filing chargesheet.
