PER COURT:- 1.

By this application, the applicant/acquiring body seeks to condone the delay of 1720 days caused in filing the appeal against the judgment and order passed by the Reference Court, Osmanabad in LAR No.700/2013.

The learned Advocate appearing for the applicant submits that the delay is caused on account of administrative and procedural compliance. The applicant has not derived any disadvantage out of such delay. He invites attention of this Court to the reasons given in paragraph nos.2 and 3 of the application to contend that the necessary steps were taken by the acquiring body without wasting much time.

Notice of this application is served upon the respondents. However, none appears for the respondents.

The contents of the paragraph nos.2 and 3 of the application are uncontroverted, which makes out sufficient cause to condone the delay. Hence, the following order:-

ORDER

a.

The Civil Application is allowed.

b.

Delay of 1720 days caused in filing the appeal is condoned. c.

Appeal be registered.
