In view of the same and for the reasons stated in the application, Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause 'B' and 'C' subject to costs of Rs.200/-. The costs amount of Rs.200/- (Rupees Two Hundred only) shall be paid to the CRECHE / Day Care Centre run by Advocates Bar Association, High Court, Aurangabad. The applicant shall produce the receipt about the payment of the said costs to Day Care Centre.
