The petitioner prays for issuance of Internship Completion Certificate and other required documents, without insisting for the Tribe Validity Certificate. The petitioner has completed MBBS degree and also internship.

The learned advocate representing the Health University submits, on instructions, that eligible candidates, meaning those candidates who have completed their internship, can be issued with their certificates and the respective colleges

*2* 55wp8847o22 have been instructed not to withhold the Internship Certificates of eligible candidates.

The learned AGP submits, on instructions from the Member Secretary of the Committee, that the pending claim of the petitioner would be decided within three months. 4.

In view of the above, this Writ Petition is disposed off with the following directions:- (a) The concerned College would issue the Internship Certificate of the petitioner.

(b) The degree certificate would not be released by the University.

(c) The pending claim of the petitioner would be decided by the Committee, on or before 30.11.2022. (d) The petitioner would render fullest cooperation to the Committee for the expeditious disposal of her claim. kps (ARUN R. PEDNEKER, J.) (RAVINDRA V. GHUGE, J.)
