At this stage, learned advocate for the petitioners prays that direction be issued to the learned MRT, Aurangabad to decide the appeal within stipulated period.

Learned Advocate for the respondents also submits that such direction can be issued.

Therefore, the learned MRT, Aurangabad is requested to decide the appeal pending before it bearing No. case No. 14/A/2023, Parbhani as early as possible and preferably within a period of three months from today. 6.

Needless to say that the MRT, Aurangabad may pass the order without being influenced by any observations made by earlier.
