The petitioner is challenging the order of the Scrutiny Committee, whereby, her validity certificate has been confiscated and cancelled since it was issued subject to the final outcome of the decision to be taken by the Committee in respect of her two paternal uncles whose validities, the Committee had decided to reopen. 2.

It is now being pointed out that this Court in Writ Petition No. 8851 of 2022 and Writ Petition No. 8857 of 2022, has validated the claims of both these paternal uncles namely Chandrakant Gokul. Khairnar @ Thakur and Himmat Gokul Khairnar @ Thakur, by the judgment and order dated 03 October 2023. 3.

Even petitioner's real sister Jahnvi has been granted a blanket validity by the order of this Court in Writ Petition No. 1184 of 2022, dated 06 September 2023.

In the light of the above, the writ petition is allowed. The impugned order is quashed and set aside. The Scrutiny Committee shall immediately issue a certificate of validity to the petitioner.
