The petitioner herein has sought directions against respondent No. 2 to decide the representation made by the petitioner dated 26th March, 2019 to take appropriate action against respondent No. 3.

It is the case of the petitioner that respondent No. 3 had illegally cut teak trees and had utilized the said wood for making furniture.

Learned APP has placed on record copy of order dated 3rd October, 2022 which reveals that the respondent No. 3 has been exonerated on the ground of delay in issuing the show cause notice. criwp1176.19.odt

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the petition with liberty to file proper complaint before the appropriate authority.

Leave with liberty is granted.

Petition stands disposed of as withdrawn.
