First Appeal Stamp No.17522 of 2024 is filed by the applicant/claimant, seeking enhancement in the compensation that was granted vide its judgment and award dated 01.02.2024 by learned Member of M.A.C.T., Kallam, Dist. Osmanabad. 3.

It is submitted that due to oversight, the office objections could not be removed by the applicants during the given period and as such, the registration of the First Appeal came to be rejected. He would further submit that the delay caused in filing the present

20-sr968 application is bona fide one and there was no intention to cause such delay. It is in the interest of justice that the appeal is required to be filed on its own merits.

Delay of 315 days in filing the present application stands condoned. The order dated 27.08.2024 passed by learned Registrar (Judicial) is quashed and set aside. First Appeal Stamp 17522 of 2024 and applications therein stands restored to original position. The applicants are permitted to remove the office objections within two weeks from today, failing which this order shall not be operational. The application stands disposed of accordingly. [AJIT B.
