This application is for withdrawal of the amount deposited by the appellant in this Court in First Appeal No.1055 of 2019. The appeal and connected appeals are withdrawn. However, present applicants who happen to be legal representative of deceased Vishwanath were not brought on record by that time and hence no order for withdrawal of amount could be passed. Now this application is filed by the legal representatives of Vishwanath. 02.

Since the appeal is already withdrawn in National Lokadalat held

( 2 ) ca9521.23 on 13.07.2019, this application is allowed. The applicants are permitted to withdraw the amount with accrued interest, if any, deposited in this Court by the appellant/acquiring body.
