The petitioner who has been appointed as a Headmaster is awaiting approval. The proposal forwarded by the respondent No. 2-Management to the respondent no. 3-Education Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad Aurangabad is pending since 2021 (Exhibit 'G'). 3.

We dispose of the writ petition by directing the respondent No. 3Education Officer (Secondary) Zilla Parishad, Aurangabad to take appropriate decision on the proposal (Exhibit 'G') as early as possible and in any case within eight weeks from today.
