Petitioner is objecting to rejection of the proposal tendered by petitioner to respondents-authorities seeking permission to open college at village Narsi, Tq. & Dist. Parbhani on 21.08.2013. Since the proposal tendered by petitioner was in respect of opening college during the academic year 2009-2010, the same need not be considered for the academic year 2016-2017. It would be open for the petitioner to tender a fresh proposal in accordance with the provisions of law and, it would be obligatory on the part of respondents-authorities to consider such proposal within the framework of the relevant land and regulations. With liberty to petitioner to tender fresh proposal for opening new college at village Narsi, Tq. & Dist. Parbhani, and with directions to respondents to consider such proposal in accordance with law, writ petition stands disposed of. It is clarified that rejection of earlier proposal tendered by petitioner by order dated 21.08.2013

wp8284.15.doc shall not be an impediment for consideration of fresh proposal. Writ petition stands disposed of.
