Ms. Mahajan, the learned advocate for the respondent No. 2 submits that, the corrected marks sheet of the petitioner is ready. The petitioner has been given additional ten marks. The petitioner shall approach the board and collect the same by depositing earlier marks sheet.

The petitioner shall deposit the earlier marks sheet with the board and the board shall issue corrected marks sheet to the petitioner immediately on the petitioner depositing the earlier

The learned counsel for the petitioner states that, the petitioner has taken admission in some other college. The respondent No. 5 be directed to give admission to the petitioner in the 12th standard for the academic year 2018-2019. 4.

It is for the petitioner to apply to the respondent No. 5/college for admission and depending upon the vacancy and merit, the respondent No. 5 may take decision accordingly. 5.
