The applicants are seeking condonation of delay of 2226 days which occurred due to their poor financial condition. 2.

The learned AGP and learned counsel for respondent No. 3 - Acquiring Body though raised strong objection but considering the statutory right of the applicants, the delay of 2226 days is hereby condoned subject to condition that the applicants shall not claim any interest for the aforesaid period of delay and also for the period of delay in circulating the matter belatedly.
