Heard the learned counsel for the applicant.

This is an application filed for quashing the order of Registrar Judicial dated 20.12.2021, dismissing the writ petition for non removal of the office objection and for restoration of the writ petition. 3.

For the reasons stated in the application, the order dated 20.12.2021 passed by the Registrar Judicial to the extent of present petitioner is quashed and set aside. Petitioner is permitted to remove the office objections within a period of four weeks from today. In the event, the petitioner fails to remove the office objections within a period of four weeks from today, the order passed by the Registrar Judicial dated 20.12.2021 would stand restored. Civil Application is disposed of accordingly.
