This matter was not on board. At the mentioning time, the learned Advocate for the Petitioner submitted that, the order passed by the Additional District Magistrate under Section 14 of the Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 (SARFAESI Act), is sought to be challenged.

Since the Petitioner has a statutory efficacious remedy under Section 17 of the SARFAESI Act, we took this matter on the production board.

As such, this petition is disposed off, with liberty to the Petitioner to approach the competent forum. All contentions are kept open.
