ORDER:- 1.

The applicants, who are the original claimants, are seeking recalling of order dated 18.01.2022 passed by the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court, whereby registration of Cross Objection has been refused, on account of non-removal of offce objections.

The learned Counsel for the applicants undertakes to remove all such offce objections within two weeks from the date of this order. In view of the same, the order dated 18.01.2022 is recalled, by condoning the delay of 134 days, subject to removal of all the offce objections in respect of the Cross Objection by the present applicants.

The application is accordingly disposed of.
