Learned AGP submits that petitioner is not co-operating with the Scrutiny Committee. The Vigilance Cell Report is yet to be received. When Vigilance Inspector called upon the petitioner, he informed that he is at his native village and he will contact as and when he come back to Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar.

Petitioner to appear before the Vigilance Cell on 30.09.2025. The Vigilance Cell inquiry be completed within four weeks from 29.09.2025 and the Committee shall decide claim of the petitioner within eight weeks thereafter.
