Heard both the sides.

Present applications are for condonation of delay of 2096 days caused in filing the appeals against judgment and order of the Reference Court passed in the land acquisition references. 3.

The learned counsel for applicant acquiring body submits that applicant had to meet various authorities for obtaining sanction for

{2} CA 8777 OF 2024 + court fees and therefore, delay is caused for administrative reason. That, the delay caused is not deliberate or intentional. Therefore, learned counsel urges for condonation of delay. 4.

Learned counsel for respondents/claimants opposes the applications.

I have gone through the contents of the applications. For the reasons mentioned in the applications, applications deserve to be allowed. Accordingly, applications are allowed. Delay stands condoned.

Appeals be registered. On registration of appeals, issue notice to the respondents, returnable within four weeks thereafter. Mr.Patil, learned counsel waives service of notice for respondents-claimants. Learned AGP waives service of notice respondent-State. ( ABHAY S. WAGHWASE ) JUDGE SPT
