This Court has passed an order dated 15.09.2025 as under ;- "1. Learned Counsel for petitioner, on instructions, makes a statement that the total amount towards interim maintenance awarded by the learned Trial Court shall be deposited within a period of three weeks with this Court.

When confronted with non-compliance with the above order, the learned counsel for petitioner has expressed inability to deposit the amount of arrears towards maintenance awarded in favour of the respondent / wife.
