The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, the proposal seeking approval to the transfer of the petitioner from unaided to aided post is pending with the Education Officer (Page 26).

Mr. Bhavthankar, the learned counsel appears for respondent Nos. 3 and 4. The learned A. G. P. waives notice for respondent Nos. 1 and 2.

In case proposal seeking approval to the transfer of the petitioner from unaided to aided post is pending with the
