The complaint is filed against the co-option of respondent nos. 4 and 5.

Mr. Thoke, learned counsel submits that the co-option is against the Rules and procedure is also not properly followed. Appeal filed by the petitioner against their disqualification is also pending.

Mr. Patil, learned counsel submits that respondent nos. 4 and 5 are co-opted in accordance with law.

As the complaint is pending with the Divisional Joint Registrar, Cooperative Societies, Nashik and same is kept on 13.8.2018, we are not inclined to entertain the petition on merits. Respondent nos. 4 and 5 shall file their written say to the complaint on or before 13.8.2018. The Divisional Joint Registrar shall decide the complaint, expeditiously, preferably within fifteen days thereafter.

Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
