Heard learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners.

(3) Our attention is invited to the order dated 9th April, 2019, passed by this Court in Writ petition No.4471 of 2019 and connected matter to submit that the present petitioners are similarly circumstanced with the petitioner in Writ Petition No.4471 of 2019. While disposing Writ Petition No.4471 of 2019, this Court referred to the earlier order dated 25th January, 2019, passed by this Court in a bunch of petitions, namely, Writ Petition No.1954 of 2018 and other connected petitions.

Accordingly, the present petitions are also disposed of with directions to respondent Nos.2 and 3 that after confirming themselves of the petitioners being District Awardee Teachers and awarded certificate prior to 4th September, 2018, shall individually consider the case of the petitioners for additional increment as is laid down under the Government Resolution dated 12th December, 2000. The same shall be considered on its own merits as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of the order of this Court.
