The Petitioner is a complainant who contends that the Sarpanch of Grampanchayat, Takviki, Shri Najoriddoin Sirajoddin Wadkar, is being unduly favored by the vigilance cell inquiry in his pending proceeding. The Petitioner is a complainant in the said proceeding and prays that the vigilance cell inquiry should be quashed and set aside.

The learned AGP is right in submitting that this entire issue is to be left to the competent scrutiny committee under the
