Learned advocate for respondents No.4 and 5, on instructions, undertakes to pay the petitioners the rental compensation calculated by the S.L.A.O, Ahmednagar/Sub-divisional O昀케cer, Karjat within a period of two months from today. 2.

By recording the above statement as undertaking to this Court, the contempt petitions are disposed of. SVH

It is brought to our notice that S.L.A.O. has calculated the amount till 30/09/2024. Since one more year is passed now, the interest at the rate of 6% for this year shall also be calculated and paid to the petitioners within a period of two months from today. 4.

It is made clear that non-adherence to the undertaking and direction by the respondents shall be treated as aggravated contempt.
