1) The application is filed for setting aside the order of dismissal made by this Court dated 11/06/2015. It appears that appellant was not showing interest in prosecuting the matter and so wants of prosecution, the appeal and civil application came to be disposed of as dismissed.

2) In view of the contents of the application and learned counsel for the appellant has taken blame to himself. Delay of 22 days is condoned. Application is allowed and
