Learned AGP Mr. B. V. Virdhe and Mr. Jivan Desai, Dy. Collector, Latur are present for the State/acquiring body. 2.

Learned advocates for the respondents are also present. 3.

Mr. B. V. Virdhe, learned AGP for the State/acquiring body, on instructions, submitted that the above numbered appeals are squarely covered by the Government Resolution No. Sankirna2014/pra.kra.4/Bhag-1/A-4 dated 03rd November, 2016 and subsequent corrigendum dated 23th February 2017 and 13th August, 2018 to the said Government Resolution. In turn, these appeals can be withdrawn as per the policy decision taken by the Government of Maharashtra. Accordingly, the State is withdrawing these appeals. SVH

The learned Advocate for claimants makes a statement that the amount of compensation has already been deposited and even 75% amount thereof has been withdrawn. The claimants are at liberty to withdraw the remaining amount from the Court where the same is deposited.

In view of the above, the first appeals are disposed of. The Civil Applications, if any, also stand disposed of. 6.

Court fees should be refunded as per rules.
