Petition has been moved seeking direction to respondent no. 2 - The Scheduled Tribe Certificate Scrutiny Committee, Nandurbar Division, Nandurbar, to decide tribe claim of petitioner which is pending since 20-07-2005. 2.

Having regard to the relief claimed, we deem it expedient to direct respondent no. 2, to go ahead with verification of tribe claim of petitioner, if not already decided and to decide same expeditiously, preferably within a period of six (6) months from date of receipt of writ of this order.

The other grievance of petitioner is that though he is working as Assistant Teacher, he is not being paid regular salary and is paid honorarium which is a paltry sum. This aspect be considered by respondents no. 3 and 4 and appropriate decision be taken on the same within a period of two (2) months from date of receipt of writ of this order. Petitioner may submit a detailed representation in this regard with respondents no. 3 and 4. 4.

With aforesaid observations, writ petition is disposed of.
