The learned Counsel for the respondents opposed for condoning the delay, however, for the reasons stated in the application, which according to me are just and sufÏcient, delay of 226 days caused in filing the appeal, is condoned. Civil Application No.13491 of 2018 stands disposed of. Appeal be registered in according with law.

The execution of the award impugned in the present appeal shall stand stayed subject to deposit of the entire amount under the award alongwith interest accrued thereon by the Acquiring Body in this Court within eight weeks from the date of this order.

The present matter be heard alongwith Civil Application No.5877 of 2016 in First Appeal (Stamp) No.8773 of 2013 and connected matters.
