Learned Addl. Government Pleader raises an objection that the petitioners have remedy before the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal.

In view of that, the matter is transferred to the Maharashtra Administrative, Aurangabad. The Registry shall take immediate steps to transfer the matter to the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal, Aurangabad.

Needless to state, the petitioners may pray for interim orders before the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal, which certainly would be considered on its merits.
