By the present application, the applicant - original complainant seeks permission to assist the learned Addl. Public Prosecutor at the time of
(2) Cri. Appln. No. 4158 of 2016 hearing of Criminal Application No. 4024 of 2016 preferred by non-applicant nos.1 to 4 here i.e. original accused seeking pre-arrest bail.

The application is allowed to the extent that the learned Counsel for the applicant is permitted to assist the learned Addl. Public Prosecutor while arguing Criminal Application No. 4024 of 2016 on behalf of the State. The learned Counsel for the applicant is also permitted to make brief submissions on behalf of the complainant. 4.
