The petitioner is seeking directions against the respondents to give admission to the petitioner from VJ-PH category as per his selection and communication dated 18.11.2020. 2.

Admittedly, the petitioner does not possess the validity certificate with him. It appears that for the first time the petitioner submitted proposal seeking validity to the committee on 04.11.2020. It is not clear whether the proposal seeking validity is complete in all respects.

In the present matter, we can only expect the committee to decide the validation proceeding expeditiously.

The petitioner may appear before the scrutiny committee on 27.11.2020.

If it is possible for the committee, then the committee shall endeavour to decide the validation proceeding by 15.12.2020.

Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. No costs.
