The applicant is booked for the offence punishable under Section 408 of the Indian Penal Code pursuant to the F.I.R. dated 09/07/2015 vide Crime No. 74/2015 registered with Jilhapeth Police Station, Jalgaon. The prosecution case is the present applicant was employee of Blue Dart Courier Company and pursuant thereto has collected the amount towards charges for delivery of Courier, which was not deposited by him in the Company.

The applicant came to be arrested on 09/07/2015.

Looking to the accusation against the present applicant, which appears arising out of the terms of the employment, it will be appropriate, in my opinion, to order the release of the present applicant on bail. Hence, I propose to pass following order. The applicant be released on bail on furnishing P.R. Bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rs. Ten thousand) with one surety in the like amount in connection with Crime No. 74 of 2015 registered with Jilhapeth police station, Jalgaon, District Jalgaon for the offence punishable under Section 408 of the Indian Penal Code. The applicant shall keep himself away from the jurisdiction of the Jilhapeth police station, Jalgaon, District Jalgaon till filing of the charge sheet.
