This is an application seeking for condonation of delay of 2497 days caused in bringing the legal heirs of the deceased appellant No.1-A namely Dhnyanoba on record.

Reasons narrated in the application is mainly about illiteracy of the applicant/claimant. 4.

The State objected on the ground of huge delay.

One Sakhubai was original claimant and it appears that the appeal is filed after her demise by her legal heirs i.e. deceased Dhnyanoba and Shankar. Already Shankar is on record.

Since there is huge delay, the application stands allowed subject to cost of Rs. 5,000/- to be paid to the High Court Legal Sub-Committee, Aurangabad on or before next date.

The amendment be carried out on or before next date.

The application stands disposed of.
