Heard the learned counsel for the applicants. 2.

In the present application, a prayer is made for permitting the applicants to take back the service books of the employees for the purpose of 7th pay fixation of the said employees. It is informed that the camp for the said purpose is on 30.07.2019 and 31.07.2019. It is further submitted by the learned counsel that within a week thereafter, the applicants undertake to return the service books to this Court.

In view of the submission so made, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (B). The applicants shall return the service books on or before 08.08.2019. Before handing over the service books filed in this Court, the registry shall take out the photo copies of each of the said service book at the cost of the petitioner and shall keep the same on record of the petition. The photo copy shall be attested by the concerned officer, who will get the documents photo copied. The civil application stands disposed of.
