The only grievance made in the petitions is for issuance of tribe certificate in its proper name. The tribe certificate is issued to the petitioners as "Mannerwarlu'. In fact, the tribe recognized in the

(2) WP No.8866/2018 + Presidential Order is 'Mannervarlu'. The petitioners are already issued with the tribe certificate of Mannerwarlu, however the spelling is wrongly written in the said certificate.

We have also heard the learned Additional Government Pleader.

We pass the following order.

The Sub Divisional Officer / respondent No.2 shall issue the tribe certificate to the petitioners as 'Mannervarlu' scheduled tribe, expeditiously.

Writ Petitions stand dispose of. No costs.
