FINAL ORDER :- .

Mr. Jadhavar, the learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that validation proceeding is pending in respect of the caste claim of the petitioner since year 2014. The result of the petitioner's Second Year B. Pharmacy Course is withheld on the ground that validity certificate is not submitted.

Learned A.G.P. accepts notice for respondent Nos.1 & 2. 3.

To get validation proceeding decided within the stipulated period is not in the hands of the litigants.

Considering the above, we pass the following order. 5.

Respondent No.2-Committee shall decide the validation proceedings in respect of the tribe claim of the petitioner expeditiously, preferably within nine months from the date of appearance of the petitioner.

The petitioner shall appear before the Committee on 26th August 2018. The petitioner shall co-operate in expeditious disposal of the proceedings.

Respondent Nos.3 and 4 shall not withhold the result of the petitioner's examination only on the ground that validation proceeding is pending. In case there is no other impediment and the petitioner is otherwise eligible, then the petitioner shall not be refrained from prosecuting his studies for the Third Year only on the ground that the validation proceeding is pending. 8.

Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
